Meet
Amber Cok, MS, CCC-SLP
I'm Amber, an ASHA-certified SLP. I'm also a spouse of an Air Force retiree and mom of five. Two kids joined our family the traditional way and three through adoption.
I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Michigan where I attended Western Michigan University. I double majored in Spanish and Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. For my graduate degree, I attended Idaho State University's Boise campus.
The military life has brought our family to nine different states as well as Korea and Japan. We have now settled in the great state of Colorado and hoping it's home for a long while!
I love working with kids of all ages and have a special interest in working with kids from birth to five and kids with feeding difficulties. I'm trauma informed and certified in SOFFI (Supporting Oral Feeding of Fragile Infants). I am also trained in Gestalt Language Processing/Natural Language Acquisition (GLP, NLA) through Meaningful Speech. Tambien, hablo espanol.
