Do you take insurance?

We offer private pay services only to allow for flexibility in treatment and services. We can customize it for YOUR child and family. See list of fees below.

Where do sessions take place? 

Sessions take place in YOUR family's home. I can also provide sessions, with permission of facility, in a daycare, ABA center, etc. Weather permitting we can agree to sessions outdoors.

What ages/populations do you serve?

TWT sees children from birth to 18. Amber has worked with infants and toddlers through early intervention for many years, including Spanish-speaking families. She has worked with children with autism, down syndrome, other genetic syndromes, speech delay, apraxia, stuttering, AAC users, ARFID, and more.

What are Amber's certifications and trainings?

  • ASHA certified

  • Licensed in Colorado and Texas

  • Bilingual Spanish-English

  • Supporting Oral Feeding of Fragile Infants (SOFFI) certified

  • Meaningful Speech Trained (Gestalt Language Processing)

  • Trauma-informed and experienced

  • Former homeschool mom

  • Foster/adoptive parent

  • Recipient of ASHA ACE's award for continuing education

Should parents/caregivers be present for sessions and evaluations? 

At TWT we believe parents/caregivers are an important part of the therapy process. Parents/caregivers are usually present and participate in the evaluation and session whenever possible. Amber will also provide strategies and recommendations to all involved in the client's care.

Every child is different, with different strengths, abilities, and needs. If your child is struggling in the areas above, please reach out. I am happy to guide you on whether or not your child could benefit from my services and expertise!
